Gerhard-paul Diller MD, PhD, MSc, FESC

Gerhard-Paul Diller is a senior consultant and specialist in internal medicine and cardiology with additional qualification EMAH at the Clinic for Cardiology III: Congenital Heart Defects (EMAH) and valve diseases at the University Hospital Münster. He is a visiting professor at Imperial College London.

Gerhard Paul Diller studied medicine at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. The certified GUCH expert with a research focus on adults with congenital heart defects and pulmonary hypertension completed a large part of his clinical training in Great Britain at the Royal Brompton Hospital in London. He also holds a Master of Science in Health Economics Policy and Management from the London School of Economics, London, UK. Gerhard-Paul Diller is a board member of the European Heart Rhythm Association, a board member of the ESC Working Group Grown Up Congenital Heart Disease, and deputy chairman of the Working Group 9 Congenital Heart Defects of the German Society of Cardiology - Cardiovascular Research (DGK). Gerhard-Paul Diller is a member of the Competence Network for Congenital Heart Defects. V
