Gerd Kempermann

​Prof. Kempermann is a professor at Technische Universität Dresden and leads the Dresden site of the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE), a national research center covering all aspects of neurodegenerative disease, from basic research to clinical and population-based studies. Dresden focuses on regenerative medicine and stem cell biology.
