George Nassif DO, FACS, FASCRS

George Nassif, Jr., DO, FACS, is a board-certified general and colon and rectal surgeon with special training in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted techniques. A product of the colorectal surgery fellowship program at the Center for Colon and Rectal Surgery, Dr. Nassif was invited to join the practice’s esteemed medical team upon completion of his training. His many areas of specialty include, but are not limited to, pelvic 3D endorectal ultrasound, transanal minimally invasive surgery (TAMIS), single-incision laparoscopic surgery, colonoscopy for both screening and treatment, colorectal cancer surgery, pelvic floor disorders, stoma, and hernia issues. He is an award-winning graduate of the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pa., the Allegheny General Hospital General Surgery Residency program in Pittsburgh, and the Lankenau Medical Center’s fellowship in minimally invasive laparoscopic colorectal cancer in Wynnewood, Pa.
