Georg Delle Karth

Dr. Delle Karth completed his education at the Medical University of Vienna. From the beginning his professional interest was in the field of cardiology. In 2000 he was awarded the specialist in internal medicine, in 2004 he was recognized as a specialist in internal intensive care medicine, 2006 for cardiology. From 2001-2002 he worked as a member of the echocardiography laboratory and as a ward-leading specialist on the general cardiology ward at the AKH .

In 2003 he took over the function as deputy head of the cardiological intensive care unit and became a member of the AKHVienna cardiac catheterization teams ordered. In 2007, MedUni Vienna sent him to Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) as Senior Clinical Specialist to support the establishment of the private hospital "Prince Court Medical Center". In 2009 he took over as co-director of the AKH- Wien cardiac catheterization laboratory, in 2014 he was appointed as its director.

His medical qualities are reflected in numerous scientific publications. He places a high value on education and teaching. Through numerous lectures, internships and courses, he was able to pass on his knowledge and experience as a cardiologist to students, doctors in training and nursing staff. He is also a member of various functions in professional societies - both in Austria and abroad.
