Gennady Bratslavsky MD

Dr. Bratslavsky graduated from Albany Medical College where he received his MD degree with Distinction in Research. After completing his residency in urologic surgery at the Albany Medical Center Hospital, he completed a fellowship in urologic oncology at the National Cancer Institute (NCI), National Institutes of Health.

Dr. Bratslavsky has been active in both laboratory and clinical research. In 2011, he became a professor and chairman of the department of urology at SUNY Upstate Medical University. He has served in this role for over 4 years and continues to enjoy a busy clinical practice; he remains active in both clinical and basic science research while teaching and mentoring students and residents.
