Gauri Kapoor MBBS, MD, Ph.D, MCRP

Dr. Gauri Kapoor is an alumnus of Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi. She earned her PhD in Molecular Oncology from University of Delhi (ACBR). Dr. Gauri Kapoor carries an experience of 23 years in Pediatric (Medical) Oncology. She has also worked with Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memphis, USA. She is a recipient of Heinz fellowship by Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health, London.

Currently, she is Director and Head of Department of Pediatric Hematology – Oncology, Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute. She joined RGCIRC in May 1997 and developed the Department of Pediatrics to its current premier status. National Board of Examination recognizes the Department for fellowship training of 2 post graduates in the subspecialty every year since 2008. She is a National co – ordinator of Indian Academy of Pediatrics, NTP – PPO training workshop in practical pediatric oncology and chairperson of Infection Control Committee, RGCIRC.
