Gaurav Gulati MS, PhD

Gaurav Gulati is an experienced Pharmaceutical Scientist with a strong academic background in Biopharmaceutics, Pharmacology, and Analytical Chemistry. He specializes in the engineering and study of drug delivery systems in animal models of disease. His expertise includes the development of drug-loaded nanoparticles such as O/W emulsion, LNP, and PLGA nanoparticles for infectious diseases and RNA vaccines for cancer and infectious diseases. Additionally, he has extensive experience in preclinical pharmacokinetics of nanoformulations and the development and validation of bioanalytical assays to monitor drug release. He is also trained in RNA-based assay development and immunological assays to identify antibody response.

Gulati has made significant contributions to the successful development of platform technologies, including playing a crucial role in the development of an RNA vaccine at HDT Bio and the creation of an LNP encapsulating HIV drugs at Pharmaceutics, UW, Seattle, WA. His involvement in the eIND application of nanoformulations has also equipped me with valuable regulatory insights. Overall, his experience in nanoformulations, pharmacokinetics, bioanalytical and immunological assays, combined with his education in Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Sciences, makes me a highly qualified candidate for roles in drug development and research.
