Gaston has a professional background in biomedical research, pharmaceutical science and academic education. He has been working in 3M for 20 years as Clinical Educator devoted to Latin America. His responsibilities in this function are implementation of evidence-based best practices, technology/clinical applications, and key opinion leader development. Gaston has contributed to the development of educational initiatives and programs to support the advancement of skin damage prevention and wound care practices in Latin America.
