Gary With over 20 years of experience at Genentech, Gary has provided legal counsel to Genentech and Roche in a wide variety of practice areas including Global Clinical Trial and Pharmaceutical Development Law, Patent and Product Licensing, General Contract Law, Regulatory Law, Commercial and Healthcare Law, and Employment Law. Over the past decade, Gary has partnered with many clinical trial teams on designing and executing innovative trial designs, including those consisting of telemedicine, remote local physicians, mobile nursing and novel patient recruitment methods such as use of social media.
