Gabriella Iohom MD, DEAA, FCARCSI, PhD

Dr. Gabriella Iohom is a consultant anaesthetist in Cork University Hospital, Wilton, Cork, Ireland. Dr. Iohom established the initial problem and gave us an interesting insight into the problem. She gave us a small tour of the wards/surgery rooms in CUH where we got a great insight in the use of current lateral positioning devices and why the problem arises. She was a constant help to the team throughout the process of designing SafeSide.
