Gabriel W. Bell BA, JD

Gabriel Bell is an experienced trial attorney handling a variety of civil litigation matters, including medical malpractice, product liability, construction defect, employment discrimination, general liability claims, property damage, toxic torts, and personal injury. Gabe represents physicians, hospitals, medical facilities, optometrists, nurses, pharmacists and other professionals in both state and federal courts. In addition, Gabe’s employment practice focuses on the representation of health care professionals and includes frequent appearances before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination in connection with all varieties of discrimination and harassment claims.

Gabe also represents contractors, subcontractors, developers, builders, and property owners in complex construction defect litigation and bodily injury construction claims, including actions based on negligence, breach of warranty, indemnification, subrogation, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and contract disputes.

In 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019, Gabe was selected, based on a vote of all licensed attorneys in Massachusetts and a review by an independent blue-ribbon panel, as a "Super Lawyer," as published annually in Boston Magazine and New England Super Lawyers.
