Gabriel Fontaine PharmD, MBA, BCCCP, BCPS

Gabe Fontaine graduated from Northeastern University with his PharmD and a minor in psychology. He completed PGY1 and PYG2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residencies at Intermountain Healthcare, in Salt Lake City, UT where he then became the Neurosciences Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist. He continues in this role and is now also the Lead Neurosciences and Stroke Pharmacist for the 24-hospital Intermountain Healthcare system. Gabe is the Clinical Pharmacy Manager of Critical Care, TeleCritical Care, and Emergency Medicine at Intermountain Medical Center and is also an Adjunct Clinical Professor at the University of Utah and Roseman University Colleges of Pharmacy. He has been published for his work in thrombosis, stroke, delirium, and agitation. He was recently honored with the Healthcare Heroes Award from Utah Business Magazine for his work in hyperacute stroke treatment.
