Gurpreet Padam

Dr. Gurpreet K. Padam, founder and CEO of Home Based Medicine, is a board-certified family medicine physician, VA/Stanford University School of Medicine fellowship-trained palliative and ethnogeriatric sub-specialist. As a house call physician, she is dedicated to alleviating suffering from chronic illness and advocates for quality of life in all stages in life. Grounded in cultural humility, Dr. Padam delivers non-judgmental, whole person centered care for optimal neuro-cognitive and physical well-being. She is a Certified Compassion Facilitator through Stanford University’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education (CCARE).
