Dr G. M. Jahangir Hossain is an Arthroscopic Surgeon. He is working in National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation, Dhaka as Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery. He has been practising orthopaedic surgery since January 2000. He has started performing Arthroscopic surgery in 2006. After obtaining the degree M S (Master of Surgery) in Orthopaedic & Trauma, he has completed Fellowship in Sports, Arthroscopy and Joint replacement surgery in France. He was also trained in Arthroscopy and Sports Surgery in India, Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, Taiwan and Australia. He is a pioneer in Shoulder Arthroscopy in Bangladesh. Besides, he is performing Knee and Elbow Arthroscopy and has a special interest in Joint injury and Sports injury. He also performs Total Joint replacement of Shoulder, Hip and Knee.
