Fredrik Gren is the CEO of Ambea, one of the larger Scandinavian Care Operators with approximately 500 residential care units in elderly and disabled care. Ambea is traded on Nasdaq Stockholm and has a total turnover of close to 6 bn SEK. Fredrik is also the chairman of the Vårdföretagarna, the Swedish Industry Association for private healthcare providers. Previously Fredrik worked in food wholesale, public service-television and as a partner at McKinsey & Company.
