Frederick L. Greene MD, FACS

Dr. Frederick L. Greene, MD, FACS received his MD at the University of Virginia, completed a residency in surgery, and an American Cancer Society Fellowship at Yale. Dr. Greene is currently an Adjunct Professor of Surgery at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine and Medical Director of the Cancer Data Registry for the Levine Cancer Institute in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Greene is a former chairman of the Commission on Cancer (COC) and the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) and is editor of the 6th, 7th and 8th Editions of the AJCC Cancer Staging Manual.
