Frederic Fiteni MD, PhD

Medical oncologist at the University Hospital of Nîmes, Dr. Frédéric Fiteni is also a University Lecturer – Hospital Practitioner at the University of Montpellier-Nîmes. He specializes in the management of breast and gynecological cancers. In 2016, he obtained a University Doctorate in methodology-biostatistics on statistical models for the analysis of quality of life in clinical trials in oncology. He continues his research work at the Desbrest Institute of Epidemiology and Public Health (UA11 INSERM University of Montpellier) on quality-of-life models, and supportive care in oncology (including electronic patient monitoring, and predictive models of treatment toxicities). He is a board member of the UNICANCER/AFSOS research group.
