Fred Jorgensen

Fred Jorgensen, MD, ABFP, is a Family Physician and member of the Department of Family Practice at Cleveland Clinic. He serves as Associate Director of the Fairview Hospital/Cleveland Clinic Family Practice Residency Program, and Medical Director of the Center for Family Medicine at Cleveland Clinic's Fairview Hospital. He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) School of Medicine in Cleveland.
