Frauke Bruns

Bruns is a Manager at Basel LLC. She worked as Clinical Trial Supplies Group Leader, Actelion Pharmaceuticals. She is a pharmacist and works in the pharmaceutical industry since 1985. She started her career in production planning. The next step was Drug regulatory affairs, followed by production management in the area for sugar-coated tablets and oral liquids. The second production management position was for radioactive sterile solutions and capsules, which were produced based on customer orders and “Just-in-time”. In 1999 starting as a consultant for supply chain management, followed by Launch and Transfer management. Since 2008 Clinical Trial Supply Group Leader at Actelion, the CTS team is managing packaging and distribution of IMP worldwide, whenever possible directly into the sites.
