Fraser Mcdonald

Professor McDonald qualified in 1980 from Birmingham Dental School with a BDS. He undertook specialist orthodontic training at the Royal Dental School, London, completing this in 1986. He completed a PhD in 1992 and his consultant appointments were verified the same year.
