Franklin Smith MBA

Franklin has served in his Director PFS for the past 15 years. His revenue cycle experience began working with Blue Cross of VA and the National Capital Area for 5 years prior to joining the provider side of the ledger. He joined the good guys by serving as a Healthcare consultant for McBee and Associates, Cap Gemini/Ernst and Young and finally with Zimmerman and Associates for a 9 year stretch. During his time as a consultant, he gained valuable experience solving complex issues for institutions and physicians groups to help improve operations and performance.
