Frank Reighard MBA

Frank Reighard is currently Associate Vice President for Supply Chain at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas. UTMB is a large Academic Medical Center with robust education, research and patient care services. As AVP, Mr. Reighard has oversight of the full Procure to Pay process at UTMB. Mr. Reighard has been working in the healthcare and Supply Chain Management fields for the past 30 years in leadership positions from Mercy Health System in Wisconsin and Illinois to Scott and White and UTMB in Texas.

Mr. Reighard feels outstanding customer service and keen attention to construction and maintenance of lean supply chain processes are key to a successful operation.

Mr. Reighard has a BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin- Madison and a MBA from the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater. He currently resides in Galveston, Texas with his wife and has two grown children spread out across the country.
