Francois Blanchecotte PhD

Francois Blanchecotte Pharmacist, medical biology Ph.D., president of the Biologists Union since 2010, François Blanchecotte defends the interests and the place of private medical biologists in the healthcare system at a time when both profession and healthcare system undergoes profound changes. He has exerted a big influence in order to enable the 2013-442 Law of May 30th, 2013 on medical biology reform to sanction the medical role of French medical biologists and the need of keeping medical biology services locally. He is president of the National Centre for healthcare professionals (CNPS) as well as chairman of the European and international affairs committee of the National Union of Liberal Professions (UNAPL) and, furthermore, president of the organizing committee of Biology Innovation Days (JIB), an annual baseline congress of francophone medical biologists.
