Francisco Ballester BS, MBA

Francisco Ballester (Paco) joined Sandoz in November 2012 as Regional Head for Latin America. Previously, he was with Novartis Pharma Spain, where, since 2008, he held the role of Country Head. There, Paco successfully grew the market share, the talent pipeline and developed the culture to rank Novartis as a marketplace leader as well as the 1 workplace in Spain. Prior to this, Paco held roles of increasing responsibility both at the regional level, including Head of General Medicines for Latin America, as well as locally within Spain. Paco joined Novartis in 1991. He also has experience in banking. A Spanish national, Paco completed his Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy at the University of Valencia (Spain) and his MBA at the Valencia Polytechnic University.
