Francis Michael Ferrante MD, FABPM

Dr. Francis Michael Ferrante is currently the Director of UCLA Pain Management Center and Professor of Clinical Anesthesiology and Medicine at the University of California at Los Angeles.

Dr. Ferrante holds a BS in Biology from Tulane University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and an MD from New York Medical College. He received his fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis and fellowship in Pain Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital.

He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Anesthesiology with Added Qualifications in Pain Medicine. Dr. Ferrante is a former Fellow of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia. He was the former Director of the Cancer Pain and Symptom Management Program, University of Pennsylvania Cancer Center. He was the Associate Medical Director, Board of Directors, and Penn Home Infusion Committee.
