Francesco Pignatti MD

Dr Pignatti graduated as medical doctor at the University of Rome La Sapienza. In 1995 he became research fellow at the EORTC Data Center, In 1997 he became Medical Advisor for the Gastrointestinal Tract Cancer Cooperative Group, and Brain Tumor Cooperative Group. In 1997 he obtained a Master of Science degree in Biostatistics from the University of Limbourg, Belgium. Since 1999 he holds the position of Head of Oncology, Haematology and Diagnostics at the European Medicines Agency (EMA).
