Frances Ramsay

Frances Ramsay is the Chair of the Local Eye Health Network at the NHS England. She is passionate about pushing herself into new challenges. She has always enjoyed working as a community optometrist - helping those around her to see well. Now She is developing leadership skills to look at the wider landscape of eye health needs. She will be looking at bringing together all the stakeholders to provide the very best service for the public.
