Fran Storr MD

Fran is a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Pain Management National Women’s Health and was intergral in setting up this service which is now supported by 2 nurses, 5 Anaesthetic Consultants, physiotherapists and psychologists. She completed her Master of Nursing in 2007 and has gone on to forged strong links with the University of Auckland supporting postgraduate teaching in Pain Management and Pharmacology papers for nurses. She is a member of the New Zealand Pain Society, has produced fact sheets for IASP in the Global Year Against Pain In Women (2007 – 2008) and presents at a number of local meetings.
