Flutura Harold MD, MPH, MHE

Dr. Flutura Harold is a double - certified physician, Anesthesia Intensive Care Medicine(AIM) and Functional Medicine. She is the founder of Dr. Harold Clinic, incorporating office patient visits and telehealth, focusing on treating patients with a wide range of illnesses and conditions to improve quality of life and longevity.

She graduated from Mother Theresa University of Medicine Tirana, trained at Mother Theresa Hospital for AIM residency, and her Functional Medicine fellowship is with the American Anti-Aging Association A4M. Her educational background includes studies of Anti-Aging with Hertoghe School, Belgium, and a master's in Public Health and Health Economics at the University of Pompeu Fabre, Barcelona, Spain.

She is passionate about Longevity and Anti-Aging Medical Education as an international speaker of her own struggles with hormone imbalance, which prompted her to pursue her certification in Anti- Aging Regenerative and Functional Medicine. She is a member of the American Association for Anti-Aging (A4M) and the HippEvo Platform.

Her own battle with autoimmune issues and hormone havoc led her to make it her mission to help others suffering from not only autoimmune disease but also anything from menopause to weight loss, fatigue, brain fog, aging well, and how to heal holistically.

Her individualized approach to patient treatments takes into account all factors related to hormonal balance, lifestyle, genetics, environment, and stress management. She is currently writing a book on the importance of the triple approach: conventional medicine, functional medicine, and Ayurvedic medicine - by combining the three modalities.
