Her research interests include workforce development, therapeutic engagement, and evaluation of new services. She has successfully worked with CRN colleagues since 2013 to establish research secondment opportunities for clinicians in the Trust, with the aim of promoting research capacity in routine clinical practice.
Dr Nolan has a PhD in social and community psychiatry and has been Chief Investigator of a study that evaluated the use and impact of ‘Protected Engagement Time’ in adult acute inpatient wards in England.
