Fiona Miller MA, PhD

Fiona A. Miller (Ph.D.) is a Professor of Health Policy and holds the Chair in Health Management Strategies at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation (IHPME) at the University of Toronto. Dr. Miller’s program of research centers on health technology and innovation policy and the role of health systems in sustainable development (environmental, social, economic). Prior to founding the Centre for Sustainable Health Systems in 2019, Dr. Miller had long been leading efforts within IHPME to develop educational and research initiatives in collaboration with health sector partners to build sustainable health systems.
