Filippo Milano MD, PhD

Dr. Filippo Milano is an assistant member of Fred Hutch's Clinical Research Division and associate director of Fred Hutch's Cord Blood Program. His research is focused on the use of umbilical cord blood transplantation as source of stem cells. In particular, he has focused my research on clinical practice improvements with the goal to increase the number of patients eligible to be recipients and to improve clinical outcomes for patients undergoing cord blood transplantation.
