Fernando Civeira Murillo MD, PhD

Prof. Fernando Civeira is specialist in Internal Medicine and got his M.D. and Ph.D. at Zaragoza University, in Spain. He served as Research Associate at Tufts University, Boston, Mass, during the period of 1987-89. He is the Chief of the Clinic and Research Laboratory in Lipids and Arteriosclerosis at the Hospital Universitario Miguel Servet, Zaragoza (Spain). He is full Professor of Medicine and Director of the Department of Medicine, Psychiatry and Dermatology, University of Zaragoza, Spain. He served as President of the Spanish Arteriosclerosis Society, from 2012-2014. Currently, Prof Civeira is responsible for the Dyslipidemia Registry of the Spanish Atherosclerosis Society.
