Ferdinando Vegni MD, MSc, PhD, DLSHTM

Dr. Ferdinando Vegni is a Head of Patient Safety Haematology and Cell Therapy at the Bristol Myers Squibb. After qualifying in Medicine in 1994, he completed an MSc in Environmental Epidemiology and Policy at the LSHTM in 1997. From 1997 until 2000 he has been a Ph.D. researcher at the School, exploring the epidemiology and clinical trial use of drug utilization data and hospital records. In 1999 he also completed his post-graduate Medical Specialisation training in Public Health and Community Medicine, specifically focusing on hospital management.
