Felix Daniel Andueza Leal MSc, PhD

Dr. Daniel Andueza Leal as a student of Biology at the Faculty of Sciences at the University of the Andes, Merida, Venezuela (ULA), studies industrial microbiology in the development and genetic improvement of microbial strains with activities of industrial interest. Later, already as a professor of Microbiology at the School of Pharmacy of the ULA, His research in microbiology of food, water, and beverages. After his doctorate studies, carried out in the Complutense University of Madrid. Spain (UCM), under the direction of Dras. Carmen de la Rosa and Angeles Mosso, he has been the study the microbiota of natural and thermal mineral water, and now as a teacher and researcher at the Central University of Ecuador, he studies the microbiota of thermal springs of Ecuador and its possible applications.
