Felipe Aguel PhD

Felipe Aguel is the Deputy Director, Office of Clinical Evidence and Analysis at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Silver Spring, Maryland, United States. He received his B.S.E. and Ph.D. degrees in biomedical engineering from Tulane University, New Orleans, LA, in 1996 and 2001, respectively. He is a Postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD. His research interests include cardiac stimulation and defibrillation, nonlinear dynamics, and computational modeling of cardiac bioelectric systems.
