Felice Petraglia MD

Felice Petraglia is Professor and Chairman of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Director of the Residency Program in Obstetrics and Gynecology and of PhD Program in Molecular Medicine at the University of Siena (Siena, Italy). He earned his MD degree at the University of Siena in 1980 and received training in OB/GYN at the University of Modena. From 1985–1988 he trained at the Salk Institute (La Jolla, CA). He then returned to the University of Modena where he served as Associate Professor from 1992. In 1997 he was appointed Chairman of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Udine (Udine, Italy) and moved to his present position in Siena in 2000. Since 2004 he is an Adjunct Professor of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at University of Toronto (Toronto, Canada).
