Francesco Carabellese is Specialised in Clinical Criminology and Psychiatry-Forensics at the University of Bari. He obtained the four-year Diploma in Analytical Individual Psychotherapy at the ARIRI School; he attended the annual course of Specialization in Family and Relational Therapy directed by Prof. Piero de Giacomo at the University of Bari, discussing the thesis: "TSO and expressed emotivity".

As a graduate he has continuously carried out clinical and forensic psychiatric activities, maturing different professional experiences as a Medical Officer in Military Hospital, consultant in a Community for Drugs, consultant in the Prison of Bari, in public psychiatric services, in rehabilitative psychiatric communities.

He is a Researcher at the University of Bari, at the Department of Criminology and Forensic Psychiatry. Since then he has been conducting and coordinating clinical-evaluative activities in favor of regional and extra-regional public and private bodies.

He Participates in the design and implementation of research projects implemented by the belonging Section, coordinating some, even multicentric, in collaboration with other Universities, pursuing the objectives set. It involves extensive teaching activities; he was awarded the title of Associate Professor in various teachings of the SSD of membership in three-year and magistral degree courses.

He works as a consultant for various regional and extra-regional courts as an expert psychiatrist-forensic: about 1000 positions held so far, in criminal and civil matters, with extensive personal case studies.
