Fausto Palazzo MS(Lon), FRCS(Eng), FRCS(Gen)

Mr Fausto Palazzo is a Consultant Endocrine Surgeon at Hammersmith Hospital in London, and clinical lead for endocrine surgery at Imperial College Healthcare – the largest thyroid and endocrine surgical service in the UK. He trained in general surgery in London and endocrine surgery in Oxford, Sydney and Marseille.

Mr Palazzo has authored several UK national guidelines on thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal surgery and is an advisor to NICE on primary hyperparathyroidism. He is the author of numerous book chapters and over 100 peer reviewed publications on all aspects of endocrine surgery. He is on the Council of the International Association of Endocrine Surgeons.
