Fatima Bhabha

As a co-founder of Beauty & Curves, Dr. Fatima Bhabha has been a thought leader in the beauty industry for almost a decade. With an inherent passion for sharing factual information surrounding the medical aesthetics industry, including dispelling common myths and marketing messages used, it is Dr. Fatima Bhabha’s objective to help both men and women make informed choices for their skin and beauty needs. Dr. Bhabha prides herself on ensuring that each and every one of her patients receives the very best and carefully tailored treatments, specific to their needs.
Her thirst for knowledge and continuous path for professional development means she is continually studying, and just recently she and her sister, Dr Zaheda Bhabha completed the second phase of their Diploma from the AAAM. As one of the leading aesthetic practitioners in South Africa, she is a qualified Medical Doctor having attained her MBBCH from the University of Witwatersrand. Her many degress include DA(SA) and PPD in Pain and Sedation (UWC), and she is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and the South African Association of Cosmetic Doctors. She holds a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the world renowned American Association of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM) as well as a Diploma in Vaser Liposuction and specialises in Asian and African skins.
In addition to her dedication to her practice, Dr. Bhabha is very active in her community, both professionally and personally. She is an expert in her field and recently chaired numerous sessions at the COSMEDICA 2015 conference. She volunteers her time campaigning for Pulmonary Hypertension in children and has made appearances on radio giving talks on the rare condition and bringing awareness to the plight of children affected by it.
