Fatih Tekin MD

Dr. Fatih Tekin completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Izmir and then graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine specialization and Gastroenterology minor specialization at Ege University Faculty of Medicine. He currently works as a faculty member in the Gastroenterology Department of Ege University Faculty of Medicine Hospital. He has more than a hundred articles, both national and international. He continues to serve as an Associate Editor in the Turkish Journal of Gastroenterology, an international journal.

He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Gastroenterology Association Izmir Branch since 2019. He has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Association since December 2021. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Liver Research Association (TKAD) Izmir Branch. He is interested in gastroenterology-related diseases and endoscopic treatments, especially ERCP.
