Fatih Kayhan PhD

Dr. Fatih Kayhan was born in 1980 in Konya. He completed his primary and high school life in Konya. He graduated from Selcuk University Faculty of Medicine in 2004 as a General Practitioner. Having worked as a General Practitioner in public and private institutions for 2.5 years, Uzm. Dr. Fatih KAYHAN completed his education at Selcuk University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry in 2011 and became a specialist physician. Between 2011-2013, he completed his compulsory service in Hakkari and Konya Beyşehir State Hospitals. After his compulsory service, he fulfilled his duty as a psychiatrist in a private hospital and started to work as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mental Health and Diseases at Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine in 2015. He continues his professional studies at Eskişehir Osmangazi University Hospital.

He received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Sexual Dysfunctions Therapy, Schema Therapy, and EMDR therapy. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, Sexual dysfunction, Depression, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder are of special interest. He effectively uses drug treatments and psychotherapy methods in the treatment of psychiatric disorders. He is fluent in English and German. He has articles published in 26 international journals evaluated within the scope of SCI/SCI-E, nearly 40 national journals, and oral and poster presentations in many national and international congresses. He still continues his professional life in the private examination.
