Faraz Khan MD

Dr. Faraz Khan completed his basic medical training in 1997 from Allama Iqbal Medical College, Lahore, Pakistan. He is triple US Board Certified in Internal Medicine (2002), Medical Oncology (2005) and Hematology (2005). Prior to joining us, since 2005, Dr. Khan worked as a Consultant Medical Oncologist/Hematologist at PEI Cancer Treatment Center, Charlottetown, PEI, Canada, where he also served as a primary investigator for the clinical trials in Hematologic diseases. He was a member of the Association of Hemophilia Clinic Directors of Canada and directed the PEI Hemophilia and Bleeding Disorder Clinic.
