Faezah Ghazali BAppSc, Dip Phty

Faezah specializes in geriatric rehabilitation, with a vast experience in acute, emergency, outpatient, as well as community settings spanning over 10 years. Her clinical interests include working with frail older adults in the area of falls management and prevention, as well as motivating and empowering older adults to initiate and maintain a more physically active lifestyle. She is also involved in several collaboration projects between TTSH and community service providers which aims to enhance the continuum and integration of care and rehabilitative services for older patients.
