Evangelos Keramidas MD, FEBOPRAS

Evangelos Keramidas has graduated from the Medical school of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He began his training in Plastic Surgery in 1994. In 2001, he was awarded the Plastic Surgery certification. That same year he was also certified by the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (FEBOPRAS).
He worked in various university hospitals in England for 7 years, gaining extensive experience from almost the entire spectrum of Plastic Surgery. From 2001 to 2003 he worked as a Senior Clinical Fellow in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the Sheffield Teaching Hospital in England and afterwards, in 2003, he started working in private practice in London.
In September 2008 he moved to Athens, having already performed more than 3000 surgical procedures. During 2008-2009 he appeared in the popular series “Extreme Make Over” by Mega Channel, where he successfully performed 20 procedures on 7 patients. He has given speeches on Plastic Surgery around the world and in 2007 he was awarded for his poster entitled “Composite Plane Breast Augmentation, A New Concept” in Berlin. He is a prolific writer with much of his scientific work having been published in the most influential journals of his specialty. His scientific work also shows up in the most renowned scientific search engines PubMed and Embase.
