Eva Angenete MD, PhD

Dr. Eva Angenete is a Professor of Surgery at Sahlgrenska University Hospital and the University of Gothenburg. She received her colorectal surgical training at Sahlgrenska University Hospital. Eva Angenete is a colorectal surgeon with a focus on advanced colorectal cancer, anal cancer, and minimally invasive methods. She has together with colleagues introduced the new technique transanal TME in Sweden (a new method to perform low anastomoses in rectal cancer surgery using laparoscopic technique.
