Dr. Chan is a physician-innovator who has made numerous contributions to genomic technologies, medical devices, and instrumentation. He is the founder, president, and chief scientific officer of the DNA Medicine Institute, an organization focused on advancing Ing patient care, alleviating human suffering, and treating disease through innovation. Eugene graduated from Harvard University summa and the Harvard Medical School, MIT I-1ST program with honors. He completed his postgraduate medical training in internal medicine at Harvard Medical School's Brigham and Women's Hospital.
