Dr.Eugene Rameckers Based on 28 years of experience in the field of physical therapy in paediatric rehabilitation, I focused on rehabilitation of children with CP. In the first decade in cardiovascular training, after this period I combined this with my interest in strength training in the paediatric rehabilitation in both lower and upper limb in CP and developed group approaches in training (strength and cardio-vascular training). Based on my interest in intensive training modalities, I started with the upper limb team constrained induced movement therapy and participated in botulinum toxin studies (BonT-A) for the upper limb in CP and the Popeye study (strength training for the lower limb) in CP.
