Ernst Plefka PhD

Ernst Plefka - Business Development Manager at Biocrates Life Sciences AG - has a long standing experience in different management positions in the pharmaceutical industry. After starting as a sales rep he was product manager, head of sales, head of marketing and general manager in different pharma companies.

He also has a degree as a trainer and coaching in economics, knowledge- and change-management. In his current position he is responsible for the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. Beside that he is his own company "EPconsult" and is giving workshops in workshops on product management, key account management and medical liaison management.
