Erin R. Fox PharmD, FASHP

Erin R. Fox, Pharm.D. is Manager of the Drug Information Service at University of Utah Health Care and Associate Professor (Adjunct), at the Department of Pharmacotherapy, University of Utah College of Pharmacy. Fox received her Pharm.D. from the University of Utah and completed a specialized residency in Drug Information at the University of Utah Hospitals & Clinics. Fox directs the activities of the Drug Information Service which provides content for the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) Drug Shortage Resource Center. Fox has led the drug shortages project since 2001. Fox is honored to have served the ASHP Section of Clinical Specialists and Scientists in a variety of roles including Director-At-Large for the executive committee, Chair and Vice-Chair of the Section’s Programming Committee, and Network Facilitator for Drug Information and Pharmacoeconomics. Fox is also active in the Utah affiliate of ASHP serving in elected and appointed positions.
